Thank you for your interest in our puppies at Poodle Avenue. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers and their future furry family members. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding our waitlist:

1. Selection Order

 - Poodle Avenue operates on a first-come, first-served basis for selecting puppies from our upcoming litters.

   - The first 4 to 6 individuals who apply and submit a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be given priority for puppy selection.

2. Refund Exception

 - The only exception to a refund of the $200 deposit is if we have fewer puppies in a litter than expected, and you choose not to transfer your deposit to a future litter. In this case, you will receive a refund of your $200 deposit.

3. Deposit Deduction

- The $200 deposit is a part of the total purchase price of $2,000 for our puppies.

   - Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance when you select a puppy.

4. Litter Availability

- Poodle Avenue cannot guarantee the availability of a specific puppy in the upcoming litter.

   - If the desired puppy is not born in the litter for which you applied, your $200 deposit can be transferred to a future litter.

5. Size, Color, and Gender Disclaimer

   - Please note that we cannot guarantee the size, color, or gender of the puppies in our litters. Nature plays a role in determining these characteristics, and they may vary among the puppies.

6. Additional Waitlist Applicants

 - We may accept other individuals onto the waitlist without payment, in case any of the initial 4 to 6 people opt not to secure their spot.

- If an opening becomes available, individuals on this secondary waitlist will be notified in the order they were placed.

   - Payment will only be required if you are notified that a spot is available.

7.Notification and Response Time

 - Those offered a spot on the waitlist will have 24 hours to respond.

   - Notifications will be sent via text, email, and a courtesy text message reminder before the 24-hour period expires.
