This section clarifies that the remaining balance due at pickup/meeting is $1,500 if no waiting list fee was paid and $1,300 if both the waitlist fee and deposit were paid.
- Balance payment: To be paid in cash at the time of pickup/meeting, with the deposit amount of $500 or $700 deducted from the total balance of $2,000.
Health Guarantee
The seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of transfer. The buyer has 72 hours from the date of receipt to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian finds a life-threatening genetic disease, the seller will offer a replacement puppy or a refund of the purchase price upon return of the puppy.
Transfer of Ownership
The seller will provide all necessary AKC registration paperwork upon receipt of the balance payment. The Buyer agrees to register the puppy in their name with the American Kennel Club (AKC).
Tail Cropping and Dewclaw Removal
Tail cropping and dewclaw removal are available by request only. The buyer must make this request in writing prior to the birth of the puppy.
Refund and Deposit Policy
- The $200 waitlist fee applies toward the $2,000 balance but does not guarantee a specific puppy.
- Deposits and final purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- If the seller is unable to provide the agreed-upon puppy, the buyer may transfer the deposit to a future litter or receive a refund of the deposit.
Price Changes
The seller reserves the right to change puppy prices at any time without notice. Price changes will be featured on the seller's website. The buyer is encouraged to follow the seller's social media accounts for updates.
Puppy Pickup/Meeting
- The buyer will be contacted when the puppies are born.
- Puppy picks will take place at 6 weeks of age to allow the puppy's personality to shine. This allows you to pick the puppy that best fits your needs.
- Pickup/meeting location: will be at a agreed upon location
- The buyer understands that no visits or pickups are allowed from the seller's location, for the safety of the seller and puppies.
-Buyer will be video called at the time of birth, regular videos will be posted of puppies on social media and regular updates will be given weekly.
Buyer's Responsibility for Veterinary Care
The buyer agrees to take the purchased puppy to their own licensed veterinarian for a thorough examination and continued healthcare. The Seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer post-purchase, nor is the seller liable for any harm or injury to the puppy once the puppy has been transferred to the buyer's care.
Buyer's Responsibility for Training and Guidance
The buyer acknowledges that every puppy may have unique training and behavioral needs. The buyer is responsible for seeking appropriate training and guidance to address the puppy's specific requirements. The seller encourages the buyer to engage with professional trainers or behaviorists as necessary to ensure the well-being and development of the puppy.
Right of Recovery
If, for any reason, the buyer finds themselves unable to care for the puppy, the buyer agrees to offer the seller first rights to the puppy before considering other options. The buyer further agrees not to resell the puppy or place it in a dog pound or rescue center.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the seller and the buyer. No other terms or representations apply unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
